Abstract:
Two motions was accepted during this meeting, (1) in order to attract others not living in the Pretoria region to join the Association, there will only be four normal meetings per year and this will preferably be held in February, May, August and November and special meetings or gatherings could be held if necessary and (2) the constitution of the Association should make the necessary changes in order to point out the conditions and manner of the selection process for the South African Antarctic Medal, also including the following - Loyalty of the candidate to his expedition and to the other team members of his exhibition.
