Larsen, Manager of the Union Whaling Company Limited of Durban, to the Imperial Government for a concesion to catch seals on the Crozet Islands and Prince Edward Islands for a period of 5 years or more and the request for a site of about ten acres in extent at Walfish Bay, on the West coast of Africa, to erect a whaling station. Reply that the Crozet Islands are not British territory and that an exclusive licence has already been granted to Mr. J.H. Irving en_ZA
